My Approach
Authentic & Friendly
I don’t make the day about the photo’s & drag you away for a 2 hour photo shoot. No awkward posing either. The whole day is 99% unposed & candid photography. Pretty much every one of my clients & enquiries say they don’t enjoy having their photo taken. So my job is to make you feel as comfortable as possible on one of the biggest day’s of your life.
Group shots won’t take an hour, only 15 minutes. I want you to enjoy your day & spend it with friends & family. Not spend it stood in a line getting your photo taken. Your wedding is a reflection of your personality, so It’s important to me that your photos do the same. I stay as unobtrusive as possible, hopefully you won’t even notice I’m there.

How does wedding photography work?

Before
Lets get on zoom together and get to know each other. I’d love to find out your story of how you met!
We’ll talk about how the day works and what you both want. Also some more about my approach to the day.
After the call (If you wish to go ahead of course) I’ll send the invoice and contract to you, after paid and signed the date is yours. I like to keep things simple and have a no nonsense approach to booking & pricing. No hidden costs etc.
Between booking and the day itself we can talk at any point about idea’s or just a general catch up. 3 weeks before the wedding day we’ll jump on zoom and go over the schedule of the day.
During
I arrive 3 hours before ceremony to capture the you both getting ready (if at the same location). Group shots usually happen around 30 mins after the ceremony finishes. I think its important to have time to grab a drink and chat with your guests, they will all be so excited to see you and hug you both.
15 mins is all I need to get through a list of 5-10 group shots. For portraits of you both all I ask is 15 minutes. Maybe 5 minutes on the evening if we get a sunset.
Other than that, I just want to enjoy your day and have the most amazing time.

After
Up to 4 weeks after your wedding I will deliver your images & film in high res on your digital gallery. Ready for you to share with all your loved ones.
