He answered every question so clearly and responded to everything so quickly if by email or Instagram. The actual day of the wedding and subsequent photos are enough to deserve all the praise. Every single person has complimented the photos and style of the photos! Joss so perfectly catches the day as an essential fly on the wall, catching the intimate, funny and beautiful bits that make up the whole day! “The entire process from booking up until the day was seamless with lots of communication and check-ins. Joss helped us with everything from handy tips to recommendations for other suppliers and was super responsive.
From the moment he arrived Joss seamlessly integrated into our wedding day being chatty and friendly but also super unobtrusive when appropriate – we have so many photos where we didn’t even realise he was present! Many of the bridal party commented on just how brill he was, and the fact that he managed to remember most (if not all) of the names of our bridal party was the cherry on top of the cake!
We aren’t the best at being in front of a camera but Joss was fab providing just the right amount of direction and now we have an amazing gallery of photos that we will treasure forever. Not to mention how quickly he got our final gallery to us!
